1. ใช้แผนที่ได้โดยไม่ต้องให้ข้อมูลส่วนตัว

ดูแผนที่ ค้นหาสถานที่ และนำทาง ได้โดยไม่ต้องสมัครหรือเข้าสู่ระบบ เราไม่ใช้คุกกี้โฆษณาหรือระบบติดตามจากบุคคลที่สาม

2. ข้อมูลที่เก็บเมื่อคุณเข้าสู่ระบบ

ถ้าคุณเข้าสู่ระบบเพื่อเขียนรีวิวหรือจัดการร้าน เราได้รับข้อมูลต่อไปนี้จากบัญชี Google ของคุณ:

ชื่อที่แสดงและรูปโปรไฟล์จะปรากฏคู่กับรีวิวของคุณแบบสาธารณะ ส่วนอีเมลจะไม่แสดงต่อสาธารณะ

ถ้าคุณลงประกาศ เราเก็บข้อมูลที่คุณกรอก (รายละเอียดทรัพย์ ราคา รูป ตำแหน่งทรัพย์ ชื่อและช่องทางติดต่อ) และแสดงต่อสาธารณะระหว่างที่ประกาศออนไลน์ ส่วนสลิปการโอนเก็บในที่เก็บแบบปิด เห็นได้เฉพาะคุณและแอดมินที่ตรวจสลิป เก็บไว้เป็นหลักฐานการชำระเงิน คุณลบประกาศของคุณได้เองทุกเมื่อ

3. ตำแหน่งของคุณ

ปุ่มฉุกเฉิน: แชร์ตำแหน่งให้เจ้าหน้าที่

1. No account needed to use the map

Browsing, searching and navigation work without signing in. We use no advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

2. What we collect when you sign in

If you sign in to review places or manage a shop, we receive from your Google account: your display name, email address and profile picture, plus the reviews, ratings and reports you submit and any photos or 3D files a shop owner or admin uploads. Your display name and picture are shown publicly next to your reviews. Your email is never shown publicly.

Adding places and taxi ranks

When you suggest a place, the pin is your GPS position at the moment you send it — nothing else can be used. We keep that position with its GPS accuracy, the name, details and any photo, for an admin to review. If approved, the place and photo appear publicly on the map (without your name). Pinning a "taxi rank" requires a photo of the rank sign or parking bay taken on the spot as evidence for the admin; rejected photos are deleted.

Property listings

If you post a listing we store what you enter (property details, price, photos, the property's location, contact name and channels) and show it publicly while the listing is live. Payment slips are kept in private storage that only you and the admin who checks payments can open, as proof of payment. You can delete your own listings at any time.

3. Your location

"My location" and walking navigation use your device's GPS and plan routes on your device. Your location is not sent to or stored on our servers, and it is only requested when you tap the button — except when you choose "Share my location with responders" under Emergency (below).

Emergency: sharing your location with responders

When you tap "Share my location with responders", we store your coordinates and GPS accuracy together with a random 6-digit code, so that whoever has the code (for example a rescuer you gave it to on the phone) can see you on the map. While the app stays open the point updates automatically. It holds no name, phone number or account and is deleted automatically after 1 hour, or straight away when you tap "Stop sharing". To stop people guessing codes we keep a one-way hash of the IP address to count attempts, deleted within a day. Anyone you give the code or link to can see the location until it expires — only share it with people you trust.

Voice search

When you tap the microphone, your browser or phone (for example Google in Chrome or Apple in Safari) turns your speech into text under that provider's own policy. The app only receives the resulting text to run the search — we never receive or store audio, and it only listens after you tap the button.

4. Stored on your device

We count how often places are viewed and buttons are tapped (e.g. directions, call, booking) as daily totals only, never linked to you or your device, to report to partner businesses.

Your browser remembers your language, recent searches, voice setting and sign-in session on your device only. Clear the site data in your browser to remove them.

5. How we use data

To show reviews, ratings and photos; to prevent spam and handle reported reviews; and to let paying shop owners manage their own photos and 3D models. We never sell or rent personal data.

6. Service providers

Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Google (sign-in, only when you choose to sign in), and Netlify (web hosting). Grab, GrabFood, Google Maps and the hotel/tour booking buttons (Agoda, Booking.com, Klook, GetYourGuide) take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies. Some booking buttons are affiliate links: we may earn a commission when you book, at no extra cost to you.

7. Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account exists. You can edit or delete your reviews at any time. To access, correct or delete all your data, as provided under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), contact us. We respond within 30 days.
